The working principle of the automatic oral thin film making machine is as follows: first, it utilizes a precision coating device to evenly apply a layer of liquid material onto the surface of the base roll, ensuring that the material distribution is uniform and consistent. Subsequently, the base roll with the coated liquid material enters the drying channel, where under the action of precisely controlled temperature and airflow, the solvent (moisture) in the liquid material is rapidly evaporated, thereby realizing the drying of the material layer. After drying, the formed thin film undergoes a cooling process to stabilize its physical properties and prevent deformation. Then, winding operation is performed; in some cases, it can also be composited with another material as needed to enhance the performance of the thin film. Finally, the final films (or composite films) meeting the required specifications are obtained.
